Return process

- Once your return request has been registered by our services and provided that the request is expressed within the withdrawal period. The organization of the shipment as well as the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you keep proof of removal to facilitate
procedures in the event of a problem occurring during transport.

- After receiving your goods, GBM-France will credit your account of the amount of the received goods, without paid shipping costs, which will remain your responsibility whatever the reasons for the return or cancellation.
