Minimum order ?

The minimum order is set at € 50 excluding VAT. For any lower amount, 10 € management fees will be required

Delivery ?

Insured by DPD with delivery within 24/48 H upon receipt of payment. However, we may have to change carrier depending on the weight of the products ordered.

Shipping fees ?

An estimate of the total amount of shipping costs is automatically calculated in the sub-total of the basket, unless the delivery is to be made outside mainland France.

How can I be sure that my order has been taken into account?

When you click on the “order” button, we will assign you an order number. This number ensures the traceability of your order. It is visible on the confirmation page on the site as well as in the confirmation email (to keep) that you automatically receive after validation. When communicating with customer service, always indicate your order number.

How do I cancel an order that I have just placed?

Can I have it delivered abroad?

We deliver in mainland France (Dom, Tom, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands).
Prices on request for other EU countries.
Payment HT possible for invoicing with VAT number outside of France.
